Character: Zacharie from OFF
Age: 20-something.
History: A mysterious masked French man (accent and all!) who's lived in Hawaii for awhile - come the apocalypse he'll have a fortified building he uses as something as a scavenger shop. You trade something, he gives you something he's found (blankets/canned food/ammo/condoms/nail polish/etc.). Easy! If you've got something he wants, and you want to get away from all the apocalypse stuff for a little while... well he's got some stuff for that too.

He'll have a radio 'show' where he plugs his store and how to get to it.
