Character: Redglare from Homestuck
Age: 36
History: Always ambitious with an incredibly bright future ahead of her, it was to everyone's disappointment when Redglare Pyrope got Teen Pregnant. She had planned on going off and becoming a lawyer, but with family pressing it was not really an option anymore. So what's a teenager to do? After having Latula-- just a year after-- she drops the baby into her stoner parents' laps and flees off to a military academy and joins the Navy as soon as she possibly can. It is all to escape the terrible decision of having a child that young, and to skirt responsibility for the child. Her life is largely spent away from her home on Hawaii, and far far away from her daughter.

She serves off and on. When at home, she frequently leaves Latula with her parents to sit in libraries alone and study. She is a cold academic woman, and as her daughter grows she reminds her more and more of herself when she was younger. It is not something she finds funny or cute; only disparaging.

The years pass that way and eventually, during time off, the zombie apocalypse really starts to kick in. She is stationed with ground troops thanks to a lack of manpower, and will be a lower-ranked soldier for people to boss around. She is talented, but not quite qualified to be promoted in the job she chose.

I'M INTERESTED IN...
... enemies! [Y] Redglare is massively pro-military, justifying death and misfortune caused by troops in Hawaii as many others do: to keep the peace. It is a disaster and so people are bound to die. And though she has a keen sense of JUSTICE-- her passion for it hasn't died down since her childhood-- she's been forced to swallow that over the years to better fit in with her job.
... friendships! [Y] Redglare is not a hard person to get along with. She may be distant, analytical and very professional, but she is personable and charming.
... lovers! [Y] Redglare hasn't pursued romance since her fling with the dude who got her Teen Pregnant, being a busy career woman. So she's not thinking about it a lot, but girl is lonely.

If Eilidh is interested at some point idk maybe Condy could send Redglare after Erwin bc they need his smarts to infiltrate a really important area that's full of zombies or something... that's what we'd all need to talk about though ahaha.

Or Condy could play Redglare and Mindfang off each other, since she enables/enabled her pirarcy and will probably continue to do so if she starts smuggling, but could help Redglare and her group to track her down or something?? Condy being terrible to two very smart people?? Yes.
